I'm back

Well I am back to blogging. My web hosting company upgraded servers and it
screwed up my blogging service. Finally had a quiet half hour to sit down
and figure it out. A simple path error. Anyway, back to the fun.

The 100th and the 20th went off and I managed to miss most of both. The
Buell affair fell in the midst of family vacation week so I was sitting
poolside having a beer while you all were touring the barn. Having frozen
in the barn more times than I care to remember I am only slightly
disappointed.

The 100th was fun, riding around town with all the bikes about was cool but
I did hear some complaints about noise and traffic. I say we are just lucky
it was Harley that chose to have a 100th party and not those two other major
local companies celebrating 100 years. Imagine the noise if 200,000
electrical engineers had descend upon Allen-Bradley for a party. All those
pocket protectors and mismatched socks would have been hard to take. Or how
about Northwestern Mutual Insurance? 200,000 guys in BMW's, carrying
laptops and wearing wingtips? Now that would have been a wild party!
